Exchanges (if applicable)
If your wetsuit doesn't fit and hasn't been used in the water, you are eligible for one exchange of size or color. Visit our Return Center and select the "Exchange" resolution method and let us know what size and color you would like to replace it with. The return center will provide an input box for this information before generating your RMA number.
Returns/Refunds (if applicable)
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Customers are responsible for their return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Eligibility
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn in the water. Please fold your wetsuit in half at the waist to avoid wrinkles, please attach shoulder straps to the Velcro carefully. If there are wrinkles, we cannot refund you the entire amount.
To complete your return, we require a RMA number printed to confirm your order. This is automatically provided by the return center once your return has been authorized.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We process refunds within several business days of receiving your return. Please check your payment method for the refund. If you haven't received your refund please contact us at info@warmbelly.com.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Custom Wetsuits (if applicable)
We cannot accept returns for custom made wetsuits. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before purchasing a custom wetsuit.

You may use your own postage or the label provided by the Return Center.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not have a tracking number.
