Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will no longer be able to use our return center to refund or exchange your order. Please contact us directly by email or through the contact page if you need help with your order older than 30 days.
EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn in the water.
To complete your return, we require a RMA number printed to confirm your order. This is automatically provided by the return center once your return has been authorized.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount will be your original order total minus the cost of the return label if used ($5.70 USD).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please doublecheck your bank account then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items are eligible for refund at their original discounted purchase price, minus the cost of the return label if used, and if all other requirements are also met.
Custom Wetsuits (if applicable)
We cannot accept returns for custom made wetsuits. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before purchasing a custom wetsuit.
Exchanges (if applicable)If your wetsuit doesn't fit and hasn't been used in the water, you are eligible for an exchange of size or color. Visit our Return Center and select the "Exchange" resolution method and let us know what size and color you would like to replace it with. The return center will provide an input box for this information before generating your RMA number.

You may use your own postage or the label provided by the Return Center. If you use the label provided it will deduct the shipping label cost from your refund if applicable ($5.70 USD). Our customers often find that our return labels are much cheaper than paying for a label at the post office so we highly recommend using our return center and generated return labels.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you choose to not use our return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
